we want to thank you all very much for participating in visualberlinFestival 2010!

thanks for the great workshops and showcases of your artwork and for the installations and spontaneous mappings that made this festival what it was: a successful event from and for the worldwide visualist community!

we would also like to thank everyone who dropped by out of interest in the artform and to meet artists. we apologize for the temporary chaos in between, the many delays and technical issues. the visualberlinFestival was realised voluntarily by a handful of enthusiastic artists from the local VC VisualBerlin e.V. video-arts association without any external funding or sponsors, but out of passion for audiovisual arts and interest in meeting new and inspiring people and collectives for future exchange and potential collaboration. we love what we do and we love you and your work!

in the next weeks we will publish what our great team of documentation-volunteers caught on photo and video during the three days, including interviews with many of the attending artists – something to give back to you! if you made photos or videos of the event, please let us know how we can access your material so we can collect and publish everything in one place. if you have a flickr photostream, feel free to add your photos to our dedicated flickr group.

we defently breaked the bloody vault. thanks to all of you.

I am proud like Bolle, to  present the first time dubstep in the legendary, holy basement of tresor.berlin, for that reason we asked 5 wobble experts for kick our asses tonight.

We going to start with saetchmo, he is a dub and bass expert, we had him before in our podcast with a interview and a exlusive Mix.
After that, Urgestein Tanith will enter the stage, everybody knows him, or should know him, if not, come by and get your ass kicked.
Then we have a very special A/V set with fALk and Pisu. if you survived that get ready for Mr. Boogie & Fassa Ben also have been for a interview and a exlusive mix at our podcast.

Berlin does some freakin things with temperaturs recently, it is hot hot hot, thats why we get to known our nice Guests from all over the world not only by talking to them, we do it the smelling way ;D So we had a good venue, especialy, the Hinerhof where everybody did chattin to everybody. There is a really nice spirit in the whole crowd, i think because we doing it for fun and not for money. The technical part just worked fine, it was kind of difficult doing a clear sound in this cubistical location, well my dear orga team, i said many times, we should doing it outside . But no worrys, we locking forward to another hot day with interessting Workshops and Lectures and a bloody awesome clubnight in the worldfamous tresor. Lights on!
